Job summary

ACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TS/SCI POLYGRAPH LEVEL IS REQUIRED

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist & AI/ML Engineer to spearhead the evolution of the analytic lifecycle for critical defense and intelligence customer missions. In this role, you will perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) on large-scale datasets to produce critical operational insights and answer complex Requests for Information (RFIs). You will integrate AI-enabled workflows, design advanced retrieval architectures, and apply mathematical modeling and statistical analysis to modernize traditional intelligence processes. Acting as a vital bridge between technical data and operational leadership, you will communicate actionable findings across technical documentation, briefing decks, and executive forums.

The annual base salary range for this role is $187,000-$221,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
