Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for a contractor role (~15 hours/week) to create reinforcement learning environments that evaluate AI models on complex software tasks using Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools. Remote work is supported.

You will design reproducible environments, deterministic verification, and reference solutions for bug fixing, feature development, codebase refactoring, and performance optimization. No prior AI experience is required.

Qualifications

• Proven proficiency in multiple programming languages from the listed set.
