Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Senior AI Tech Architect for BCG Platinion. You will lead IT architecture and solution design across cloud, data, and AI domains, working with senior client stakeholders to deliver transformative outcomes.

The role requires strong communication, hands-on architectural expertise, and the ability to drive complex changes. Travel to client sites is expected, with opportunities to mentor teams and shape strategic technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 4+ years in technology consulting or software engineering with >1 year in IT or business architecture.
• Strong technical knowledge, engineering rigor, and creative problem solving.
• Ability to explain complex technology topics to senior executives.
• Gen AI tool fluency and validation of responses.
• Willingness to travel to client sites; travel requirements vary by project.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design IT architectures and solutions.
• Lead evaluation of technologies, including cloud, data, and AI architecture.
• Guide clients through complex transformations and architecture optimization.
• Convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor teams and contribute to business development through proposals.
