Job summary

Iterable is seeking a Senior IT Systems Developer (AI) to bridge AI platforms with business systems at scale. Design and implement integrations, APIs, and automation while coordinating with Enterprise Security and IT infrastructure teams in a security-conscious environment.

In this role you will manage GCP resources and contribute to Terraform-based infrastructure-as-code practices, enabling teams to leverage AI tools like Gemini Enterprise safely and effectively.

• Proven experience building integrations and automations.
• Professional experience with APIs, scripting and cloud platforms.
• Experience as an AI practitioner building with AI tools.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Operational mindset balancing development and steady-state tasks.

Responsibilities

• Design and build integrations between AI platforms and corporate business systems, including API development and workflow automation.
• Evaluate and operationalize AI tools as the company’s needs evolve, starting with Gemini Enterprise.
• Manage the GCP resources that support our AI environment—APIs, billing, project configuration, and access controls.
• Partner with Enterprise Security to support the "vibe coding" approval process, helping teams build AI‑assisted applications securely.
• Support IT infrastructure operations: certificate management, DNS administration, and Terraform‑based infrastructure‑as‑code practices.
