TubeScience in Los Angeles (preferred on-site) is seeking a Senior AI Workflow & Systems Engineer to design reliable production AI systems, integrate modern AI capabilities, and own them in production. You will work with internal stakeholders to identify bottlenecks, deploy AI-powered solutions rapidly, monitor performance, and continuously improve reliability, speed and impact.

This is an internal forward‑deployed role requiring strong Python, distributed systems expertise and experience

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of professional software or systems engineering experience.
• Applied AI experience in production environments.
• Strong Python engineering skills.
• Experience integrating LLMs using APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic.
• Designs coordinating multiple APIs, databases and services.
• Understanding distributed systems and production operations.
• Independent, fast-paced startup environment.

Aufgaben

• Design and build production AI applications that automate complex enterprise workflows.
• Architect agent-based systems coordinating LLMs, APIs, internal services, databases and business logic, with reliable orchestration across tools and enterprise platforms.
• Deploy AI systems with observability, monitoring, rollback strategies and operational safeguards.
• Investigate production issues, analyze logs, debug failures and restore reliability when incidents occur.
• Partner with Product, Operations, Creative, Engineering and Business teams to find high‑impact automation opportunities.
• Prototype, validate, deploy and iterate quickly based on production performance and business outcomes, and keep improving existing systems for reliability, speed and impact.
• You have 3+ years of professional software or systems engineering experience, building and operating production software used by real users or internal business teams.
