Job summary

Anvaya Solutions, Inc. is seeking an AI Software Engineer for a 1-year base term, with potential extension. The role can be performed remotely or onsite in the Sacramento, CA area.

You will work on AI-enhanced software systems, build and optimize LLM-based workflows, and improve telemetry and quality guardrails. The ideal candidate has extensive experience across Python backend, CI/CD pipelines, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent coordination, with a strong focus on robust, safe AI-enabled software

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in AI-Enhanced Software Engineering.
• Experience with Python and backend architecture.
• Experience using AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot or Cursor).
• Experience setting up automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience implementing AI-driven quality checks and generating unit tests within CI/CD workflows.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in Advanced Large Language Model (LLM) and Agentic System Design.
• Experience designing multi-agent workflows coordinating tasks across AI agents.
• Building and optimizing Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, including vector search optimization.
• Applying Chain of Thought reasoning to support SDLC tasks.
• Using LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGPT to automate development processes.
• Minimum three (3) years in Predictive Log and Telemetry Intelligence.
• Building parsers/classifiers powered by LLMs from unstructured logs/telemetry.
• Designing solutions to identify patterns and forecast issues in systems.
• Applying AI to improve log analysis and telemetry monitoring for troubleshooting.
• Two years in AI Quality Guardrails including Human-in-the-Loop and evaluation frameworks (RAGAS, G-Eval) and safeguarding against hallucinations.
• Mitigating prompt injection risks for autonomous AI agents and secure operations.
