Job summary

HP, Inc. is seeking a Systems and Solutions Architect to lead and drive system designs and roadmaps across HW/FW/SW. You will analyze trade-offs for power, performance, security, and scalability, while mentoring teams and guiding architecture choices.

Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI capabilities, optimize architectures, and ensure reliable, scalable solutions for hybrid work and accelerating workloads.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lay out architectural options, analyze trade-offs, and articulate recommendations for performance, security, and scalability across HW/FW/SW.
• Design architecture of AI systems ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability, using cloud services for AI solutions.
• Lead multiple design review sessions and mentor teams.
• Decompose features into enabling technologies.
• Work cross-functionally to understand technologies and construct end-to-end product solutions.
• Drive cross-functional alignment through technical discussions and executive reviews.
• shepherd product features from idea to execution.
• Review, influence and challenge architectural tradeoffs with data and new ideas.
• Stay updated with AI trends and apply innovative solutions.
