Job summary

CNXN Helix Center at Connection Inc. is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to lead hands‑on delivery of production AI applications, copilots, and agents. You will partner with customers to translate business needs into scalable, secure AI solutions across Microsoft Foundry, Fabric, Copilot Studio, and Azure services.

The role requires strong technical judgment, architecture experience, and the ability to mentor delivery teams while ensuring responsible AI and cost‑effective deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional software, cloud, data, or AI engineering experience.
• At least 4–6 years of applied AI or generative AI experience with production GenAI or agentic solutions.
• Experience leading complex customer engagements while remaining hands-on.
• Strong skills with Python and/or C#/.NET and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with customers and stakeholders.
• Design and build production‑grade AI applications, copilots, and agents.
• Architect and implement Microsoft AI, Azure, Fabric, Copilot Studio, and related tech stacks.
• Design grounding, retrieval, and enterprise data solutions with MS services.
• Establish CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and reusable engineering practices.
