Job summary

Autonomous Solutions, Inc. (ASI) in Logan, Utah, seeks an AI Solutions Engineer IV to set standards for automation and knowledge-capture programs across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, software engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in software development, incl. AI automation or knowledge systems.
• Experience setting technical standards and cross-functional program ownership.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI tool ecosystems, knowledge-base architectures, and vector databases.
• Experience coaching and onboarding junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Set standards for automation pilot methodology, knowledge-capture pipelines, and impact measurement.
• Own cross-functional automation programs spanning engineering, operations, and field teams.
• Define the technical architecture for enterprise-scale knowledge-base and automation infrastructure.
• Lead adoption strategy for AI tooling with department heads and engineering leadership.
• Develop team capability by coaching AI Solutions Engineers I-III; contribute to hiring and onboarding.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and platforms; lead adoption decisions and roadmaps.
• Report program-level impact including hours saved, adoption rates, and throughput.
• Identify and resolve blockers to automation and knowledge-capture adoption across departments.
• Build fully automated AI autonomous systems for all operations.
