Supervity is seeking a senior Solutions Architect to be the chief technical authority for our most strategic deployments. You will design the end-to-end blueprint for the customer\'s AI Workforce and guide production-level AI implementations.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years IT experience with 5+ years in hands-on AI/ML implementation or architecture.
• Deep knowledge of ML, DL, and NLP frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
• Proven experience designing and deploying Generative AI solutions, esp. RAG architectures, using LangChain, vector databases, and LLM APIs.

Responsibilities

• Architect Production AI Solutions: design scalable, production-level AI solutions incl. RAG, multi-agent systems, and end-to-end MLOps pipelines.
• Act as the Trusted Technical Advisor: provide best practices on AI Employees, data governance, security, and system integration.
• Lead Technical Strategy in Pre-Sales: collaborate with Sales to scope POCs and design architectures that secure a win.
• Oversee Data & Model Lifecycle: guide data ingestion, transformation, validation, and CI/CD for deployment and monitoring.
• Drive Innovation and Best Practices: document architectures and guidelines to elevate the engineering org.
