Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to support our Semiconductor accounts, embedding NVIDIA accelerated computing and cuLitho into design, verification, and manufacturing workflows. You will work with EDA vendors and customer teams to drive GPU-accelerated solutions and ML-driven improvements.

Required are advanced degrees or equivalent experience, 4+ years in semiconductor domains, strong Python/C++ skills, and experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow.

Qualifications

• MS/PhD in EE or related technical field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in semiconductor design, EDA, or manufacturing.
• Experience with EDA flows (Cadence, Synopsys, Siemens EDA) and TCAD/inspection/metrology systems.
• Proficient programming in Python and C/C++, GPU-accelerated workloads.
• Experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow for ML/vision use cases.

Responsibilities

• Support business development and sales with a small Solutions Architecture team.
• Collaborate with EDA/CAD developers and customer teams to accelerate workflows.
• Help GPU-accelerate EDA flows and lithography workflows (cuLitho).
• Apply ML/DL to defect inspection, yield optimization, and process control.
• Deliver trainings, demos, and technical engagements for NVIDIA solutions.
