Job summary

HunaTek Government Solutions seeks a Senior AI Solutions Analyst to design, build, and deploy AI‑driven tools and intelligent agents that improve business processes and operational efficiency.

The role blends hands‑on development in Python, ML, and automation with shaping the customer’s AI strategy, including use‑case discovery, roadmaps, and adoption guidance. The position is hybrid with on‑site work as required by mission needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, CS, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5–10+ years in data science, ML, data engineering, or advanced analytics.
• Experience supporting DoD programs, warfighter missions, or secure data platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Python with automation tools and API integration.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit‑learn) and LLM toolkits.
• Experience designing and deploying AI agents or workflow automation solutions.
• Understanding of enterprise data environments and DOW workflows.
• Ability to translate operational needs into technical requirements.
• Strong analytical skills, problem‑solving ability, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build custom AI agents, automation scripts, and intelligent workflows using Python and AI frameworks.
• Develop and train ML/LLM models for business process improvement.
• Integrate AI tools into existing systems, data sources, and DOW workflows.
• Create reusable components, libraries, and templates to accelerate AI development.
• Conduct data preparation, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Identify opportunities where AI can significantly impact efficiency, quality, or outcomes.
• Develop AI adoption roadmaps with milestones, dependencies, staffing, data needs, and risk considerations.
• Advise leadership on emerging technologies, feasibility, and best practices.
• Support responsible AI guidelines aligned with organizational requirements.
• Work with IT, data teams to deploy compliant solutions.
• Mentor junior analysts or developers on AI tools and best practices.
• Technical execution and hands-on development; strategic thinking.
