Job summary

HARMAN in Novi, MI seeks a Solution Architect / Agent Builder (P4) to lead design of AI-powered business solutions. You will translate opportunities into scalable architectures, create reusable blueprints, and guide cross-functional teams across product, platform, and engineering groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; 6+ years of experience.
• Experience designing AI-enabled applications, LLM-powered solutions and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with APIs, microservices, data engineering, cloud platforms.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable architectures.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and drive delivery across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end architectures for AI-powered apps, intelligent agents, copilots, and workflow automation.
• Support the creation and maintenance of reusable solution blueprints and reference implementations.
• Partner with stakeholders to shape use cases, assess feasibility, define requirements, and translate needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Conduct architecture reviews to ensure alignment with enterprise standards, security requirements, and platform capabilities.
• Define integration designs connecting AI solutions with enterprise applications, data platforms, and workflows.
• Develop proofs-of-concept and reference solutions to accelerate delivery and reduce risk.
