You will make critical design decisions, write production code, lead integrations, review code, and manage technical risk across the application and AI stack. You will mentor engineers, collaborate with federal stakeholders, and ensure outputs remain grounded in source material and client needs while maintaining high

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading architecture for mission-critical systems.
• Strong Python and AI/LLM system design experience.
• Experience with enterprise data integrations and APIs.

Responsabilités

• Own overall technical architecture for AI Solution across app, data, and AI layers.
• Provide hands-on leadership while designing, implementing, testing, and reviewing production code.
• Lead complex integrations with client systems, enterprise data platforms, and auth services.
• Define scalable patterns for LLM integration, retrieval, and guardrails.
• Translate objectives into an executable engineering roadmap considering value and risk.
• Set standards for security, reliability, and test automation.
• Mentor engineers and lead design reviews across stacks.
