Velvetech is expanding its AI capabilities and seeking an AI Solution Architect to design and lead enterprise‑grade AI and data‑driven solutions for US clients.

You will shape AI system architecture from discovery to implementation oversight, collaborating with engineering, data scientists, and client stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure outcomes while guiding teams through complex integrations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering or system architecture.
• Practical experience with AI/ML or Generative AI implementations.
• Strong understanding of APIs, distributed systems, microservices, and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI architectures (GenAI, ML, RAG-based systems).
• Define integration approaches with client systems (APIs, microservices, data platforms).
• Establish best practices for AI solution design, security, reliability, and scalability.
• Lead technical discovery and feasibility assessments.
• Guide engineering teams during implementation.
• Select appropriate AI/ML models and infrastructure based on business needs and cost efficiency.
• Define MLOps and monitoring strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business problems into technical solutions.
• Support pre-sales activities with technical input and solution design when needed.
