Job summary

Dark Wolf is seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer to design, build, and integrate AI/ML solutions and microservices for defense and intelligence missions. You will work on integrating open-source and proprietary models, fine-tuning workflows, and deploying secure software in multi-cloud environments.

You’ll collaborate with an Agile team in Chantilly/Herndon, VA, to deliver robust AI capabilities, including RAG pipelines, vector search, and secure CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph is required.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field; Master's preferred.
• 4–7 years of software engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Fine-tune AI models for domain-specific mission requirements.
• Develop RAG pipelines and vector-search integrations.
• Build, deploy, and manage containerized microservices.
• Integrate security scanning tools into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate in Agile teams and mentor junior developers.
