Job summary

Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a Lead AI Security Engineer to own EY’s agentic AI platform security end to end from the Atlanta base. The role demands deep cloud-native security expertise, policy-as-code fluency, and the ability to defend complex AI systems in regulated environments.

The candidate will drive threat modeling, secure-by-default contracts, and cross-team security reviews while engaging with CISOs and regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Security, or related field.
• 10+ years in security engineering with hands-on production ownership.
• Experience securing AI/ML systems in production and with agentic threat models.
• Proven depth in cloud-native and Kubernetes security and security-by-design.

Responsibilities

• Own the platform threat model across all deployment targets and evolve with the platform.
• Define security engineering and control sets for infrastructure, Kubernetes, identity, and data.
• Set secure-by-default contracts including templates, Helm charts, and network policies.
• Lead defense against agentic threat classes and prompt-injection risks.
• Define agent authority models and sandboxing security standards.
