Job summary

NVIDIA seeks a Senior Security Engineer, Architecture Patterns to advance secure AI platform design. You will embed security into AI-generated code, translate standards into machine-enforceable rules, and enable pipelines and tooling to enforce security without manual interpretation.

You will drive enterprise-grade architecture for AI tooling, focusing on versioning, observability, latency and cost budgets, access control, audit, and a robust deprecation model.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in security engineering or related field for large distributed systems.
• Expertise with AI coding agents and related tooling.
• Proven ability to build evaluation harnesses and regression suites for non-deterministic systems.
• Proficiency in cloud-native and containerized environments (Kubernetes, Helm).
• Strong software engineering basics in Python or Go, CI/CD, static analysis, and policy-as-code.

Responsibilities

• Develop shift-left solutions embedding security into AI-generated code.
• Translate security standards into machine-enforceable formats.
• Engineer verification workflows for code conformance and policy enforcement.
• Maintain evaluation harnesses, reference repos, and known-bad cases.
• Create secure runnable reference implementations (templates, Helm charts).
• Evolve AI tooling to enterprise-grade platforms with observability and cost controls.
• Set security architecture standards for AI tooling and monitor adoption.
• Collaborate with teams building AI/automation solutions and raise engineering standards.
