Norstella is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to drive production-grade AI initiatives in pharma intelligence. You will leverage NLP, ML, and LLMs to extract actionable insights and enable data-driven decisions across clients.

You will design multi‑agent workflows, build RAG pipelines, and deploy scalable APIs with FastAPI, collaborating with product teams and researchers to advance our AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing AI/ML applications and data driven solutions in regulated industries
