Job summary

Obin AI is seeking Data Scientists to help implement, evaluate, and improve LLM-based applications (agentic AI). You will join as one of the earliest hires and work directly with the founders to shape key technical decisions from day one.

You will work on evaluating system performance, applying research to real-world workflows, and exploring bold new directions to push the state of the art. Strong programming and data analysis skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data science or related field.
• Deep understanding of designing and evaluating LLM-based applications.
• Ability to translate statistical insights for non-technical audiences.
• Strong programming skills in Python and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop evals and optimization for agentic AI systems.
• Design and validate 0→1 data-system architectures with real-world deployment.
• Explore bold research directions and drive state-of-the-art initiatives.
• Apply statistics and data science to support investment-like decision tasks.
