Qualifications

• 3+ years of building machine learning models for business applications.
• PhD or Master's degree with 6+ years of applied research experience.
• Proficiency in Java, C++, Python; experience with neural networks and ML.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems and modeling tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop methods to understand how traffic sources and experiences drive revenue using experimentation and ML.
• Design scientifically complex software solutions and provide system-wide guidance.
• Define a long-term science vision and translate findings into recommended actions.
• Mentor junior scientists and identify where generative AI can accelerate learning.
