Zusammenfassung

Interfaze is building a deterministic developer task model, enabling high-accuracy OCR, web scraping, classification, STT, and more. We seek an AI Engineer & Researcher to push model frontiers by researching and implementing new techniques, with involvement from research to production in a fully remote startup setting.

You will contribute to training, benchmarking, and deployment, write papers, and advance the open-source AI ecosystem while collaborating with a global team.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of AI research experience with publications in top venues.
• Experience across model deployment, benchmarking, fine-tuning, monitoring and scaling services.
• Familiarity with GPU infrastructure and current AI tech stack.

Aufgaben

• Research ML techniques and papers, then implement and experiment on real-world data.
• Work with deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorRT-LLM) and AI dev tools.
• Train, deploy, and serve models at scale on cloud providers like AWS, GCP.
• Write papers and conduct benchmarks comparing embedding models or ASR systems.
• Quantize and fine-tune LLMs for developer use cases.
• Optimize models and GPU infra for cost-to-scale ratio.
• Write Python code and Jupyter notebooks.
