Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale ML models and RL/reward modeling.
• Strong evaluation and benchmarking expertise.
• Proven track record of published research.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate agentic systems and real-time inference.
• Own full-stack research lifecycle from concept to publication.
