Job summary

Amazon Security is seeking an experienced Senior Security Engineer to join the AI Red Team within Threat Operations. You will conduct offensive security operations across AI assets, pipelines, and infrastructure, performing security research on novel attack surfaces and building automated tooling to scale capabilities.

You will translate findings into actionable risk insights and collaborate with engineers and researchers to improve the AI security posture.

Qualifications

• Experience identifying security issues and risks and developing mitigation plans.
• 5+ years in offensive security testing, penetration testing, or security research.
• Hands-on vulnerability discovery, exploitation, and lateral movement techniques.
• Strong understanding of cloud, network, and application security principles.
• Experience with scripting/automation using Python, Go, or similar languages.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Red Team operations targeting AI assets and infrastructure.
• Perform offensive security research focused on AI threats and supply chain security.
• Discover and exploit vulnerabilities in AI infrastructure and applications.
• Develop automated tools for threat emulation and scaling offensive security.
• Analyze security findings and provide detailed recommendations for remediation.
