Job summary

Apple is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Siri AI Quality Engineering team. You will design and optimize data-driven testing pipelines, triage automation results, and evaluate not just function but the quality of Siri’s responses and user interactions.

You will work closely with Product, Platform, and ML teams to understand how Siri behaves and evolves, shaping model improvements and feature launches for millions of users worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and optimizing large-scale data-driven platforms.
• Thorough understanding of system architecture and large-scale system design.
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD systems like Jenkins.
• Strong programming skills in Swift, Python, and Shell scripting.
• Experience building dashboards and analytics with Tableau, Grafana, Superset, or Splunk.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, ML and data science teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, drive, triage, and evaluate automation results for Siri AI features.
• Measure qualitative user experiences of Siri interactions beyond pass/fail tests.
• Collaborate with Product, Platform engineers, and PMs to understand behavior and ripple effects across the stack.
