Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise AI Program Delivery across product management, engineering, platform operations, global teams, and external partners.
• Develop and maintain program plans, dependency maps, milestones, and delivery schedules for data pipelines, vendor integrations, and deployments.
• Establish governance processes, escalation protocols, and delivery standards for transparency and accountability.
• Coordinate production readiness and launch gates, including engineering evaluations, performance evidence, and security reviews.
• Manage technical program coordination with external partners and vendors, tracking milestones and integration requirements.
