Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred for senior roles.
• Proven track record leading large-scale AI/ML delivery programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise AI program delivery across multiple teams and partners.
• Develop and maintain program plans, milestones and delivery schedules.
• Establish governance, decision forums, and escalation processes.
• Coordinate production readiness, launch gates and acceptance criteria.
• Provide executive-ready updates and manage cross-location stakeholders.
