This role emphasizes strategic thinking and execution, with responsibilities spanning discovery, design, launch, and ongoing optimization to drive measurable business outcomes for SMB clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of direct product management experience.
• 2+ years building AI solutions.
• Experience owning products from strategy to launch in cross-functional settings.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS or HR tech is preferred.
• Experience with AI-powered or conversational products is required.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy, roadmap, and ownership of AI-powered HR capabilities.
• Identify high-value AI use cases based on data and needs.
• Define requirements for agentic experiences with prompts and guardrails.
• Define AI platform capabilities like prompt management and context awareness.
