Job summary

OpenKrill is seeking a product leader to own roadmaps for AI-powered software in temperature-controlled logistics. You will ship features with explainability, ensure auditability, and collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and ML teams to drive evidence-based decisions for regulated shipments.

You will work directly with customers in pharmaceutical logistics, quality, and supply chain operations, translating requirements into software delivering measurable outcomes and faster

Qualifications

• 5+ years of non-internship product management or product engineering.
• 2+ years building AI/ML-powered B2B SaaS products.
• Hands-on React or full-stack development experience.
• Experience owning roadmaps and measuring product outcomes.
• Pharma logistics or GxP-regulated domain experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for core product modules and AI agents.
• Ship AI features with explainability and audit trails.
• Engage with customers in pharmaceutical logistics to simplify workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and ML teams.
• Define and measure outcomes like automated decisions, time saved, faster releases.
