SeekOut is seeking a Senior Product Designer to craft award-winning UX for AI-driven recruiting solutions in a fast-paced, ambiguous setting. You will shape new experiences and push design beyond patterns while maintaining a human-centric approach.

Ideally you bring 5+ years designing high-quality SaaS or AI-enabled products, an exceptional visual sense, and a portfolio that demonstrates rapid iteration and bold thinking across real products. Seattle-based with global collaboration.

• 5+ years creating high-quality product experiences in SaaS, enterprise, or AI software.
• Proven ability to deliver 0→1 products in ambiguous environments.
• Exceptional visual design skills with typography, motion, and interaction detail.
• Strong portfolio showing bold thinking and rapid iteration on real products.

• Create bold 0→1 experiences exploring new interaction models and visual languages.
• Design with taste and intention across flows, surfaces and systems with a strong point of view on visual quality.
