Job summary

Praescient Analytics is seeking an AI Process Integration Engineer to maximize existing AI/ML tools within NCTC workflows, bridging technology and mission needs. Senior level responsibilities include configuring tools, redesigning processes, and driving analyst adoption across targeting and screening tasks.

Applicants should have 10+ years in AI/ML tool deployment or related fields, plus 5+ years supporting IC/DoD or Federal law enforcement, and hold an active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying AI/ML tools in DoD/Federal environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on experience configuring AI/ML tools, workflow modeling (BPMN), and data pipelines.
• Practical knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or continuous improvement in intelligence contexts.
• Ability translate AI capabilities into mission value for analysts and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Optimize approved AI/ML tools on customer network to maximize capabilities.
• Configure tools into existing analyst workflows (entity triage, pattern correlation, RFI processing).
• Redesign analytic workflows to remove bottlenecks and embed AI at critical points.
• Create SOPs, before/after process docs, and metrics tied to mission outcomes.
• Build mission-specific prompt libraries and templates for immediate use by non-technical analysts.
• Deliver demonstrations, training materials, and transition support to analysts and leads.
• Define KPIs for AI utilization, analyst productivity, and cycle-time reductions.
• Serve as liaison between AI engineers, analytic workforce, and program leadership.
