Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery for foundational AI platform solutions, including xylem.ai. Translate enterprise AI priorities into scalable, governed platform capabilities to accelerate adoption while enabling responsible AI across the portfolio.

Collaborate with AI leadership, IT, Cybersecurity, Data Governance, Legal, and business stakeholders to select high‑value capabilities, make platform decisions, and deliver secure, reusable AI

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of relevant experience across product management, enterprise platforms, AI/ML, data, or related technical leadership roles.
• Ownership of roadmaps, prioritization, backlog management, requirements, release planning, adoption and value realization.
• Hands‑on depth to partner with engineers and architects, contributing to design and prototyping decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for foundational AI platform solutions (e.g., xylem.ai).
• Collaborate with AI leadership, IT, Security, Data Governance, Legal and stakeholders to prioritize capabilities and ensure secure, scalable AI products.
