• Hands-on AI/ML platform experience and model deployment.
• Experience with data science pipelines in production.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to hire, mentor and retain high-performing engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering and data science roadmap for the AI Platform.
• Define requirements for predictive modeling, memory, planning, and tool orchestration.
• Design and implement core platform services including APIs, vector stores, RAG pipelines.
• Oversee integrations with third-party tools and data science services at scale.
• Guide cloud-native development, distributed computing, observability, and security.
