Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/AI/EE/CE with 6+ years in AI/ML.
• Or Master's in CS/AI/EE/CE with 4+ years in AI/ML.
• 6+ years of programming experience in Python/Go/Scala/CUDA/Java.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components.
• Leverage Open Source and SaaS AI tech (AWS Ultraclusters, Huggingface, VectorDBs, PyTorch).
• Invent foundation model optimization techniques for production systems.
• Contribute to technical vision and roadmap for foundational AI systems.
• Design and optimize multi-model orchestration pipelines.
• Lead governance reviews on GPU usage and inference cost efficiency.
• Lead design councils to ensure AI engineering standards.
• Mentor Principal and Manager-level AI engineers.
