Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking an experienced enterprise architect to design and deliver AI-driven solutions on Azure across multiple industries. You will shape scalable architectures, drive integration patterns, and guide delivery teams to ensure reliable, secure deployments.

Responsibilities include leading architecture reviews, promoting best practices, and contributing reusable assets to the AI platform. This role can be performed from anywhere in the US, with a strong emphasis on collaboration

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture spanning AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, and systems integration.
• Hands-on experience designing enterprise AI solutions on Azure, including Azure OpenAI and data services.
• Strong background in platform engineering, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Bicep), and CI/CD for AI workloads.
• Experience building observability and monitoring solutions for AI/ML in production.
• Proven ability to define AI governance, responsible AI, and compliance at enterprise scale.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end enterprise AI solutions integrating AI models, data platforms, and enterprise systems.
• Define integration patterns across AI services, APIs, data pipelines, and business systems.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable AI designs with clear tradeoffs and ROI.
• Lead architecture reviews and guide delivery teams across engagements.
• Contribute to practice development with reusable assets and POVs.
