Sia is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead AI Platforms engagements, translating business requirements into scalable data and AI architectures across cloud and generative AI domains. You will work with CIOs and engineering leads to align security, regulatory, and cost constraints while guiding delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in CS/engineering or related field.
• 4–7 years in solution/cloud architecture or senior engineering with design responsibilities.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP or Databricks and AI platforms.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end data and AI architectures for client engagements across cloud and AI domains.
• Lead architecture reviews, ensure security, compliance and cost controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (CIO, CISO, VP Eng) and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Support pre-sales with scoping, estimation, and technical proposals.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal IP and accelerators.
