Job summary

Commure in Mountain View is seeking a seasoned operations professional to own non-standard requests, mapping workflows end-to-end at the intersection of product, operations, and customer success. You will sit at the crossroads of multiple functions, ensuring fast, defensible decisions that scale with the business.

You will lead EHR credentialing operations across a four-person team, automate steps, monitor cycle time and error rates, and build scalable playbooks using AI tools and low-code

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in operations, product operations, or technical operations.
• Experience owning cross-functional processes requiring triage, judgement, and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience managing a small team, prioritization, SLAs, and balancing commercial and operational needs.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and BI or internal tooling platforms to build reporting that stakeholders actually use.
• Strong process design instincts; systems thinking; document and build scalable playbooks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to write policy documents and executive summaries.

Responsibilities

• Own EHR Credentialing operations across a team of four; map workflows end-to-end, automate steps, and track metrics like cycle time, error rate, backlog, and automation coverage.
• Provide the operational backbone for Business Operations, owning onboarding, offboarding, and documentation management workflows to ensure compliance.
• Codify exceptions triage, credentialing, and BizOps workflows into documented playbooks, leveraging AI tools and low-code platforms to eliminate manual work, and establish weekly reviews, SLA reports, and cross-functional syncs.
