Qualifications

• Hands-on time in software, AI/ML, or platform engineering.
• Experience designing standards, libraries, or SDKs used by multiple teams.
• Strong coding skills in Python and at least one of Java/Go/Scala.

Responsibilities

• Build the observability framework and platform capabilities for ML/GenAI systems.
• Create primitives to monitor model performance, data quality, and drift.
• Extend evaluation frameworks for LLM/agentic systems and tooling integrations.
• Lead build-vs-buy evaluations and own reusable SDKs, connectors, and APIs.
• Develop templates and dashboards for monitoring latency, cost, and reliability.
