Job summary

Nutanix is seeking a Professional Services specialist with a strong background in AI and NKP infrastructure to advise on best practices, tailor scalable solutions for customers, and drive successful workload management outcomes.

You will collaborate with a talented team, implement on Nutanix HCI platforms, contribute to pre- and post-sales engagements, and travel occasionally to client sites to ensure seamless integration and sustained customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in implementing infrastructure for data-intensive workloads (AI workload experience is a plus).
• Strong expertise in container orchestration with Kubernetes and experience with GPU acceleration technologies.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Proven ability to work independently in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.
• Active Top Secret Clearance is a strong plus.
• Experience with Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI) platforms is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement scalable AI and NKP infrastructure solutions on Nutanix HCI platforms, tailored to customer requirements.
• Advise clients on best practices for configuring Kubernetes for efficient management of workloads.
• Develop and maintain documentation for solution configurations, deployment guides, and knowledge-sharing resources.
• Engage with clients to troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for their AI and NKP infrastructures.
