Job summary

Meta is building the next generation of AI infrastructure with a focus on reliable, high-performance networks for AI training and inference clusters. This role leads strategy and execution for AI network repair and remediation programs, driving cross-functional work across data center deployment, fault diagnosis, and automation.

You will shape fabrics and processes that keep Meta's AI infrastructure operating at scale, with emphasis on telemetry, observability, and ethical AI practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs spanning network operations, hardware deployment, and data center reliability.
• Experience shaping strategy for network fault management and remediation in production environments.
• Experience deploying and operating high-speed network fabrics for AI infrastructure (RDMA/InfiniBand).
• 12+ years in network engineering for large-scale data centers or HPC environments.
• Demonstrated AI skill development and familiarity with AI tooling and anomaly detection at scale.
• Experience with network telemetry and observability platforms; tooling for monitoring large fabric environments.
• Experience scaling repair operations across multiple data center sites; workforce planning and tooling.
• Understanding of responsible, ethical AI practices including risk assessment and bias mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution for AI network repair and remediation programs across Meta's data center networks.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives spanning network deployment, fault diagnosis, and repair automation.
• Design, deploy, and operate high-speed network fabrics for AI training and inference clusters.
• Scale repair operations programs with standardized processes across multiple data center sites.
• Collaborate on integrating AI tools to optimize workflows and improve efficiency and reliability.
