Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 6 years in application development.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based engineering tools in production engineering workflows.
• Expertise in building developer platforms and tooling for diverse engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and build of CNA’s AI-native engineering platform.
• Provide expert consultation on adopting AI-native development practices.
• Mentor engineers in AI-native engineering practices.
