Job summary

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with adjudicated polygraph required.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Systems Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in software development or systems engineering.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and engagement with virtual teams.
• Strong cross-organizational communication in agile environments.
• Ability to translate mission requirements into AI/ML model specs.
• Knowledge of requirements traceability and test procedure development.
• Familiarity with Scrum and Agile Software Development.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and define stakeholder needs through direct user engagement.
• Translate stakeholder needs into AI model performance requirements and system specifications.
• Define data pipelines for AI/ML development and deployment with data governance.
