Job summary

CACI is seeking a Senior AI/ML Software Engineer to join the Cyber Network Operations team in the United States. You will design, develop, and integrate AI/ML-enabled solutions that analyze large data sets to provide mission-centric insights, working with analysts, data scientists, and other engineers.

This role requires active TS/SCI with polygraph, a strong background in Python, and 12+ years of software development experience or 10+ years with a Master’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field; four additional years of software engineering experience may substitute for a Bachelor’s degree.
• 12+ years of software development experience (or 10 years with a Master’s degree).
• Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages.
• Hands-on experience developing AI systems and customizing AI/ML models.
• Experience with platforms that handle large or mission-focused datasets.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Experience with large-scale data processing systems such as Elasticsearch or Splunk.

• Development experience with Svelte, TypeScript, Java, MongoDB, and Python.

• Experience using containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker or Kubernetes.

• Experience with automation tools like Ansible.

• Experience working in cloud environments such as AWS.

• Understanding of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems.

• Experience supporting production CNO capabilities and operations.

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Kibana.

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.

• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

• Knowledge of Lua.
