Job summary

Google LLC is seeking software engineers to help build next-generation AI and infrastructure powering Google Cloud and consumer services. You will contribute across the full stack, from model deployment to data processing, with opportunities to switch teams as projects evolve.

The role emphasizes experimentation, scalability, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. In-person interviews are typical, with flexible location options including Sunnyvale, CA, USA and Seattle, WA, USA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience programming in Python or C++.
• 1 year of experience with one or more ML areas (speech/audio, RL, ML infra, or related field).
• 1 year of end-to-end ML experience (model deployment, evaluation, data processing, debugging).

Responsibilities

• Write product or system development code.
• Collaborate with peers and stakeholders through design and code reviews to ensure best practices.
• Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and adapt content to updates.
• Triage product or system issues and debug/resolve by analyzing hardware, network or service impacts.
• Implement solutions in ML areas, utilize ML infrastructure, and contribute to model optimization.
