Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina is seeking a Senior AI/ML Scientist to lead the development of advanced AI and machine learning systems. This role involves delivering complex solutions, applying prescriptive analytics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AI/ML, a solid understanding of statistical models, and exceptional programming skills. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is also required. This position offers a competitive salary range of $143,616.00 to $229,786.00.
Serve as the senior AI/ML scientist to identify, research, and develop transformational predictive, prescriptive, and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions that translate structured and unstructured data into sound organizational decisions. Senior AI/ML scientist will combine statistical expertise, programming skills, and data science knowledge to create impactful self-learning applications and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate AI technologies into real-world systems and solutions to achieve business goals.
