Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in AI/ML or related field.

• Ability to translate technical findings for executive stakeholders.

• Lead design and development of advanced AI/ML solutions to drive innovation and improve processes.
• Transform raw data into actionable insights to support business decisions.
• Design and optimize algorithms, models, and systems for intelligent decisions and automation.
• Manage complex data analysis and data integration to improve quality and infrastructure.
• Implement data modeling techniques to support robust data solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with teams to validate outcomes with clients and incorporate feedback.
• Direct teams through complex challenges, maintaining composure in ambiguity and coaching.
• Set strategy and quality standards for evaluating AI behavior, performance, bias, explainability, and failure modes.
• Establish standards for reviewing technical controls and defensible findings.
• Direct the development of reusable evaluation tools, automated testing, and evidence workflows.
