You will guide cross-functional projects, set engineering standards, and drive delivery across multi-quarter initiatives. The role requires a track record of building high-performing teams, strong Python expertise, and hands-on leadership in AI/ML health applications.

Qualifications

• 7+ years proficiency with standard deep learning algorithms and model architectures.
• 3+ years in a technical lead or engineering manager role with direct reports.
• 7+ years in professional software development practices (code standards, code review, version control, CI/CD, testing, documentation, Agile).
• 10+ years advanced Python programming skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a machine learning engineering team specializing in medical imaging and multimodal health data applications.
• Manage complex, multi-quarter, cross-functional projects.
• Be a standard bearer for data science and software engineering best practices.
• Develop plans to meet requirements, organize a team capable of executing the plans, and lead and track delivery.
• Drive an interview process to enable team growth adhering to diversity and inclusion requirements.
