Prolific is hiring an AI & Machine Learning Engineer to join our Expert Network and help train and evaluate the next generation of LLMs. You will undergo a brief test to assess your skills and then may join as a paid participant.

We offer opportunities to work from home with competitive pay; pay rates for tasks can reach up to $80 per hour, with projects that may require roughly an hour of focused work.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, AI, Robotics or related field with ML focus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate LLM architecture logic and ensure technical accuracy.
• Audit code, notebooks, data preprocessing scripts, and model evaluations.
• Refine RLHF frameworks to align models with human intent and safety.
• Analyze model reasoning and identify failures in chain-of-thought prompts.
• Benchmark model outputs using domain-specific metrics.
