Job summary

GRVTY in the United States seeks an experienced AI/ML engineer to own RAG workflows, including document processing, embeddings, retrieval configuration, and prompt assembly.

You will integrate LLMs via APIs, develop REST interfaces for data retrieval, and deploy self-hosted models while advancing alignment through red-teaming.

This role requires rapid learning, deep analytical skills, and a proven track record delivering AI solutions in mission-focused environments, with TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain a Polygraph Clearance.
• ≥8 years of experience with a Bachelor's or equivalent; or 7 years with a Master's; or 6 years with a Doctorate.
• Ability to conduct independent AI/ML research and evaluate emerging approaches.
• Ability to rapidly learn/apply new AI/ML methodologies and tools.
• Experience developing AI/ML applications focused on RAG, semantic retrieval, LLM integration.
• Strong Python proficiency and modern AI/ML libraries, frameworks, and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain RAG pipelines including document processing, embeddings, retrieval config, and prompt assembly.
• Integrate LLMs into applications using available APIs and frameworks.
• Develop and maintain REST API interactions to support data retrieval and system integration.
• Deploy and maintain self-hosted LLMs.
• Red teaming of LLM alignment.
