Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to help build next-generation predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and generative AI solutions. You will partner with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI systems that drive real-world business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying ML solutions in production.
• Python development experience with reusable packages and automation tooling.
• Databricks for large-scale data processing and ML workflows.
• Deep expertise in ML systems design, MLOps, lifecycle management, and scalable inference.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Hands-on containerization and CI/CD pipelines.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI and ML applications.
• Build reusable Python libraries, ML frameworks, and data processing pipelines.
• Develop solutions with LLMs, RAG, and agent-based architectures.
• Create evaluation, monitoring, and governance frameworks for AI systems.
• Optimize databases, data pipelines, and model performance for large-scale workloads.
• Research and implement emerging AI technologies to drive innovation.
